Table Tops

Due to its striking grain and enduring properties, Suar wood is becoming increasingly popular. The wood is an Acacia wood and has its origin in South America. In the 17th century, Portuguese colonialists brought the seeds of the trees to Southeast Asia and planted them as shadows on roadsides, in parks and gardens. Due to excellent climatic conditions, the trees proliferated rapidly and can now be seen throughout whole Southeast Asia. In addition, the trees are now cultivated on plantations.
